These terms govern access to networking-analytics.digital and the advisory services offered by Networking Analytics (“we”, “us”) from Fu Hang Ind Bldg, Hung Hom, Hong Kong.

Services

We provide application analytics advisory for managed connectivity operations—including path reviews, continuity mapping, attribution studies, and briefing retainers. Published prices are informational. A written scope and fee confirmation precede paid work. We do not process online payments or operate checkout on this site.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape content at a volume that impairs service, or submit false contact details. Form submissions are handled for enquiry purposes only.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and deliverable templates remain our property unless a signed agreement assigns specific materials. Client data shared for an engagement remains the client’s property; we use it only to perform the agreed work.

No warranties on site content

Field notes and examples are educational. They are not guarantees of outcomes for your environment. Engagement outcomes are defined only in the signed scope.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Hong Kong law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use. Liability for paid engagements is limited as stated in the applicable statement of work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
