Networking Analytics respects the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through networking-analytics.digital and during advisory engagements.

Data we collect

Contact forms may collect your name, email, service interest, and message. When you engage us, we may also receive business contact details, role information, and technical context you choose to share for the engagement. Server logs may include IP address and browser type for security.

How we use data

Retention

Enquiry messages are retained up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or legal obligation. Engagement records follow the retention stated in the statement of work, typically up to seven years for financial and contractual records.

Sharing

We may share data with processors who host email or document tools under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law. We do not share data with advertisers.
