Session Continuity Mapping
Define the smallest set of application signals that explain session breaks across managed sites and remote edges.
When users roam between offices, guest Wi-Fi, and home circuits, session analytics often invent cliffs that never happened in the product. Continuity Mapping works backward from the journeys that matter during connectivity incidents, then selects the few application events and properties that can explain genuine breaks.
We interview on-call and site leads, walk one path across two or more managed locations, and publish naming rules that keep web, mobile, and edge labels comparable. Noise metrics that inflate ticket volume are called out plainly.
Deliverables include a canonical signal catalogue for continuity questions, a checklist for release and circuit-change days, and a memo separating measurement artefacts from real friction.
