What we refuse to measure for you
We do not operate your network operations centre, install monitoring vendors, or sell uptime guarantees. If you need hands on the console overnight, that is a different engagement with a different firm.
We also refuse vanity metrics that cannot change a decision. A board slide that shows “average happiness” without a path definition is not application analytics for managed connectivity—it is decoration. We will say so in the kickoff.
Payments and checkout are outside our scope. Pricing on this site is informational so you can budget a review or retainer; we do not process cards or host billing portals.
What we will do is sit with the people who triage tickets, rebuild disputed windows with evidence, and leave ownership notes you can maintain. That narrower promise is how we stay useful after the engagement ends.
